When you join the PQ Value Club, you become part of the PQ family, and you’ll receive your very own family card that allows you to access our members-only benefits. Can I return something if I don’t like it?

PQ will gladly exchange or refund merchandise, provided the following terms are met:Item is returned within 30 (thirty) days of purchase.Item is unused and has not been damaged.Purchase receipt is presented upon returning the item.

NO EXCHANGES/REFUNDS will be permitted on any merchandise classified as undergarments/underwear. This includes but is not limited to bodysuits, pantyhose, and swimwear.
